Iscoyd Park wedding venue has been on my “must re-visit list” for a long, long, long time. Like so many of my other preferred wedding venues, it just smacks you with lush luxury and elegance. In keeping with a style I love, it has all the elegance with none of the snootiness. It’s laid back and relaxed, and makes the perfect location for a Shropshire manor house wedding. If you’re a huge fan of rolling countryside away from hustle and bustle, then this manor house is for you. It’s was almost like the rest of the world ceased to exist, making for a very relaxed location.
(By the way, if you visit Iscoyd Park’s website, you get to see a very accurate view of just how perfectly remote this location actually is.)
One of the things I love which Iscoyd Park offers, is the opportunity to have exclusive use of the venue longer than 24 hours. It’s already brilliant that you have exclusive use, in any case. However, you might want more than the “standard” 24 hour slot to make the most of your celebrations, . The lovely folks at Iscoyd Park actually give you the option to have this dream venue for up to three days. In fact, if you booked in for a summer wedding, you could easily welcome most of your wedding party to a series of mini celebrations. I’m totally on board celebrating your day like you mean it!
So not only could you have your wedding day there, you could have a pre-wedding dinner, as well as maximum comfort, R & R for the day after the wedding. Consider this to be extremely useful for your guests who are having to travel a significant distance, and want to make their stay worthwhile. They have 14 en-suite bedrooms, as well as cottages approx 5 mins away to accommodate another 36 people. And you should know me well enough by now – of course the bridal suite is lush and beautiful.
Save yourself the panic of wondering if your significant other will turn up on time – there’s plenty of space for them to chill out on the day, too.
Anyone who knows me, will know that I’ll do everything I can for brilliant wedding photos you will love forever. Iscoyd Park being a perfectly remote venue means there are lots of places for you to have your wedding photos taken. There’s loads of room for group shots indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. And if you’re having your portraits done, it’s well worth heading out to the piano in the woods. (Yes. A piano, actually outside in the woodland grounds, and it looks brilliant.)
Honestly, Iscoyd Park wedding venue is easily up there with my favourites. Needless to say, it’s currently a wedding venue on my Preferred Wedding Venues list. I’m a big believer in saying thank you, so I would like to thank couples who book me for this wedding venue. I would love to give you a Fine Art Wedding album as a very special gift! All you need to do is book me for your 2017 or 2018 wedding at Iscoyd Park.
