I seem to be doing a lot of York Wedding Photography lately. Which is absolutely fine. Because holy crap it means I get to travel out and about to shoot GORGEOUS WEDDINGS. EVERYWHERE.
Much like this one. Emma and Mark were married at Bedern Hall in York, and then had their wedding reception on their parent’s farm in Leeds. Emma’s dress was made by MY favourite bespoke designer wedding dress makers in the WORLD: The Couture Company. I heart them with a passion and stalk them on a regular basis. So when I bumped into Emma in Birmingham (during an engagement shoot with another client) and saw where she was going, I squeaked A LOT. And of course, they didn’t disappoint… *dreamy sigh*
Anyway! Golf and coquet was set up for guest entertainment, with fab “street signs” out and about. Combined with guests being made to carve at the tables *drool*, a british bake-off served as dessert, and their friends throwing some wicked shapes on the dance floor, I swear I spent much of the day grinning. I’ve also heard they had a BRILLIANT honeymoon in New York (New York wedding photographer, anyone?). And I didn’t freak out much when I discovered almost Emma’s entire family were photographers. (Really. Not much. Honest.) I can’t wait to design their album.
HUUUUUGE congrats to Emma & Mark. xx
